Description
This role requires a candidate with strong analytical, planning and organization skills to contribute to the smooth operation of the Brand, analyzing and providing insight feedback on data with a proactive approach and recommendations to drive and improve retail performance whilst ensuring all initiatives are efficient and optimized.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze sell⁃through/in information to keep track of monthly business performance for region.
- Prepare detailed retail performance reports to support business decision making.
- Perform analysis on market research on competitors' performance and survey to deep dive into gap vs. market/competition.
- Perform regular review and enhancement projects on analytics systems.
- Develop tailored measuring metrics and report to capture/interpret data.
- Coordinate and consolidate all regular and ad⁃hoc business reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education level: University Graduation
- At least 3 years related work experience, less experience candidates are welcome
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin if possible
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills
- Good computer literacy e.g. MS Office & Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong planning, organization and interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to perform multi⁃tasks
- Experience in a high⁃transaction sophisticated Retail or Finance environment is a plus
