Join a growing Miami-based company in the plastic and paper packaging industry. In this role, you will identify, research, and qualify potential B2B customers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and AI platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to build targeted prospect lists, engage decision-makers through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling), qualify opportunities, and hand off warm, qualified leads to the sales team. This is an idóneo opportunity for professionals with experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, market research, and sales intelligence who enjoy opening doors and creating new business opportunities in an international environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.




- 2+ years of experience
in outbound lead generation, B2B prospecting, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Datamine, or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience with
cold outreach
(email, LinkedIn, and cold calling) and lead qualification.
- Experience using
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar) for research and prospecting.
- Advanced English (C1)
with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with
Excel
; Power BI
- Proactive, detail-oriented, persistent, and results-driven.
