We are seeking a Director, Decision Intelligence to establish, scale, and lead our LATAM-based Decision Intelligence team, supporting Kroll's US practice and global clients. This leader will be responsible for building a high-performing analytics and AI capability, driving innovation, delivering complex client engagements, and partnering with senior stakeholders to expand the firm's data-driven offerings.





The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, deep analytics and AI expertise, proven people leadership, and experience operating within a client-facing advisory environment.
