About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and organized candidate experience from application through hire. This role is idóneo for a highly organized HR professional with excellent follow-up, communication, and coordination skills. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring that the recruitment workflow moves quickly and accurately.
This role supports hiring efforts in Latin America, United States,
and India in roles ranging from client facing account management teams to software developers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming applications daily within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collect applications from referrals, external recruiters, and direct sourcing efforts, ensuring all candidates are properly logged into the ATS.
- Gather, track, and log feedback from hiring managers and interviewers in a timely manner.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate all logistics.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings or interviews as needed.
- Coordinate next steps between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and status changes in the ATS.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
