The Position
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at FullStack. As a Sales Development Representative with FullStack,



you’ll be responsible for researching new accounts, identifying new contacts, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (Idóneo Customer Profile). You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services. In addition, you’ll be following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using email, LinkedIn, texting, and on occasion, cold-calling. You’ll be scheduling meetings for our Inside Account Executives and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll eventually get promotion opportunities. We use tools like Apollo, G-Suite, DialPad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and a VOIP system. In your first week, you will learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and start researching accounts, sending emails, LinkedIn messages, and texts.
