In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the lead engineer of our marketing Artificial Intelligence orchestration engine, transforming manual, fragmented processes into a resilient, autonomous ecosystem. You will act as a "Builder-Strategist" who navigates ambiguity to move our marketing function from reactive stability to predictive agility.

As a key member of the Integral Strategy and Planning team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing and the broader Enterprise to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence-native marketing.

What You’ll Do

- System and Agentic Architecture: Design and implement autonomous agents that execute multi-step tasks across integrated systems, auditing the existing marketing technology stack to identify friction points and implement Artificial Intelligence workflows that reduce latency and operational
