The company upholds the highest industry standards and RS2’s in-house designed payments solution is the software of choice by many of the world’s leading and most innovative banks and financial institutions.The RoleWe are seeking candidates who bring both solid card payments experience and strong BA skills.The Business Systems Analyst will form part of our Cross-Functional Teams working closely with all stakeholders including product/business requirements, technical and QA.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests and mandatory releases as per clients’ SLAsActively participate (and possibly lead) in knowledge transfer activities and providing technical leadership and advice as part of the requirements analysis and hand-overCreate client requirements analysis/design documents (where applicable) and High Level Test Cases in view of these being used for the generation of functional and regression test casesCreate,



execute and maintain automated and manual tests to ensure that the software delivered to RS2SP is in line with the set business requirementsActively engage and liaise with the end client on a daily basis as well as internal teams during testing to ensure compliance with the business requirements and agreed specifications/timelinesHelp technical teams to create optimal use cases and database designCoordinate with testing team during various phases of testing and represent end-users in the UAT phase i.E. participating in UAT and PROD support when required.Skills & QualificationsA Bachelors Degree in Business and Computing or a similar recognised qualificationA minimum of four years of experience within the payment or financial industry, would be considered an asset; Alternatively, candidates with a Product Ownership experience are preferred; Understanding of requirements gathering processes, such as user stories, use cases, business requirements etc.; Knowledge of a scripting language, ideally SQL; Experience withJIRA, Confluence or similar tools would be considered an asset; Possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English; Able to performunder pressure; Good problem-solving skills; and,Able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives.Think you've got what it takes?#J-18808-Ljbffr
