Overview: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and internal department operations. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn by doing. You will be hands-on in launching and managing campaigns, coordinating assets, and ensuring flawless execution across various platforms.

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, media, or digital advertising role
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager; exposure to LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking
- Experience with a reporting/dashboard tool (e.g., AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics) preferred
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for file organization and calendar management




- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive communicator, comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, trafficking, and monitoring of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Execute day-to-day campaign tasks, including creative uploads, budget tracking, reporting pulls, and quality assurance.
- Support senior marketing staff with research, competitive audits, and media plan preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, meet deadlines, and support campaign launches.
- Compile and maintain campaign performance reports; identify and flag trends or issues.
