We're hiring the founding sales reps for our new Medellín office. You'll sell premium residential moving services to customers across the United States.
Moving is stressful, and our customers call anxious; your job is to listen, solve their problem, and turn that anxiety into a booked move. There is no script here. If you're great on the phone precisely because you don't sound like a call center, this is your job.
You'll be on the ground floor of a team built around problem-solvers, helping shape the playbook in an office that will grow into a full operation, part of our vision of 10 locations by 2033.
In your first year, you will ramp to:
- $1.25 million USD in annual booked revenue
- A 45% conversion rate
