Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Sales and Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive new business opportunities, strengthen Atlas Copco’s market leadership, and contribute to the organization’s profitable growth. In addition, you will provide key market and customer insights to support decision-making and ensure an excellent service experience.

Your day-to-day
- Define and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the Aftermarket business.
- Manage the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Increase market share and strengthen Atlas Copco’s market position.
- Develop and adapt the product and service offering to meet market needs.
- Lead campaigns, product launches, and initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.

Your skills and experience
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent education.
- 4 years of experience in sales management roles.



(May be substituted by more than 4 years of experience in operations or sales support within the Atlas Copco Group)
- Fluency in English (90% spoken and written).
- Class B driver’s license.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, management, and business.
- Sales and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Preferably with knowledge of occupational health and safety.
