At this stage, early patient experience is the growth engine—responsive, reliable operations directly shape reviews and clinic momentum.Day-to-day, the role answers and routes inbound calls, manages patient scheduling, monitors email and text communication, and executes EHR workflows for refills, referrals, and documentation follow-ups. Success means no missed calls, no dropped follow-ups, and clean monthly performance reporting that protects clinician time and builds durable patient trust.RequirementsMust-Have- 2+ years in a medical front desk, clinic coordinator, care coordination, or patient support role- Hands-on experience operating an EHR system, including tasking for medication refills, referrals, and documentation follow-ups- Proven experience managing high-volume inbound patient communication across phone, email, and text- Experience running patient scheduling workflows (new appointments, reschedules, confirmations, cancellations)- Ability to pull and format monthly practice performance reports from an EHR- C1+ English (CEFR)
