Marketing Manager - Your future position?
As a Marketing Manager, you will provide support in the creation of new business opportunities by understanding and monitoring the market, customers, and competitors; developing client presentations aligned with trends and new technologies; and promoting concepts and fragrances that contribute to the company's commercial strategy and strengthen business growth.
You will report to the Category Director Personal Care LATAM,
based in our Bogota site working 4 days at the office and 1 day remote.
You will:
- Consolidate and analyze LATAM and integral markets, using strategic concepts to create proposals that support the development of innovative concepts for our clients.
- Monitor new product launches in both local and global markets to identify trends and propose proactive projects that generate new business opportunities.
- Develop creative workshops, both internal and external, to share our expertise and serve as a source of inspiration for product development.
- Develop and deliver presentations on new trends to communicate our technological innovations to clients at both local and regional levels.
- Maintain updated knowledge of clients in the Andean and Caribbean regions, and the latest product launches in the market that may serve as inspiration to develop new products.
