As we continue expanding our AI capabilities and investing in intelligent automation, we are seeking an experienced AI Builder to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve real business problems.

This is not a research or machine learning scientist position. We are looking for someone who excels at building practical AI applications by leveraging existing models, frameworks, and APIs to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. The adecuado candidate is an engineer who understands both technology and business, enjoys shipping products end-to-end, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Position Summary

As an AI Builder, you will own the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered applications that improve internal operations and customer experiences. You will build intelligent agents,



Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, workflow automations, and AI assistants while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can eliminate repetitive work, streamline workflows, and create measurable business value. This role requires someone who thinks beyond writing code—you'll be expected to understand business objectives, evaluate available technologies, and build complete solutions from prototype through production.

What You'll Do

AI Solution Development
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and internal AI assistants from concept to production.
- Develop production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and evaluation frameworks.
