THE/STUDIO is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the post-sales relationship and guide clients through every step of their product development and custom manufacturing journey. You will onboard new customers, demystify the production process, and act as the bridge coordinating between the client, our design team, and factory partners, ensuring projects progress from concept to delivery.
