It is essential that the candidate possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for teaching to guide critical technical decisions, convey cutting-edge methodologies, and train leaders and engineers in the development of decentralized ecosystems.

Required Experience - Senior Technical Background: More than 10 years of professional experience in the technology sector, with at least 5 years leading the design and implementation of architectures based on blockchain technology (public, private, or permissioned), holding key roles such as Blockchain Architect, Web3 Lead Engineer, or Digital Transformation Consultant.

- Proficiency in Platforms and DLT: Proven expertise in the design and deployment of solutions on networks such as Ethereum (EVM), Hyperledger (Fabric/Besu), Polygon, or similar enterprise frameworks, as well as the development of smart contracts using Solidity or equivalent languages.
- Integration and Hybrid Architecture: A proven track record of connecting decentralized architectures with legacy or enterprise systems using APIs, oracles (e.g., Chainlink), distributed storage (IPFS), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security, Governance,

and Compliance: Experience in smart contract auditing, digital identity management (DID), real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, applied cryptography, and knowledge of global regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and privacy.
- Executive Facilitation and Mentoring: Previous experience leading executive programs, boot camps, workshops, or strategic consulting sessions aimed at software architects, innovation leaders, CTOs, or senior professionals seeking to lead decentralization projects.

Desirable

Experience (Bonus Points) - Master’s degree or specialization in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, Quantitative Finance, or related fields.

- Current professional certifications in blockchain technologies (e.g., Certified Blockchain Architect, Hyperledger Certified Developer, Certified Ethereum Developer).
- Active experience as an international key voice keynote speaker, an advocate for Web3/DLT trends, or an author of publications and research on token economics (Tokenomics) and decentralized governance (DAOs).
- Direct involvement in the architecture of DeFi projects, supply chain traceability, tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), or enterprise digital identity projects.

Key Responsibilities - Academic Design: Structuring the curriculum for the Blockchain and Decentralized Digital Transformation program with a managerial and practical approach (Hands-on Architecture),

balancing protocol theory with business use cases applied to the real world.

- High-Level Instruction: Lead training sessions addressing strategic topics such as DLT network design, smart contract security, governance models, tokenomics, and the strategic integration of blockchain into digital transformation processes.
- Technical Leadership Mentoring: Guide participants in their transition from traditional developers or leaders to the decentralized paradigm, fostering critical thinking about when (and when not) to apply blockchain to solve a business problem.
- Project Evaluation: Evaluate and audit architectural proposals, decentralized system diagrams, and tokenized business models developed by participants, providing enterprise-level feedback.

Valued

Skills - Comprehensive understanding of the impact of Web3, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenization on the global economy and traditional business models.

- Excellent teaching and public speaking skills to simplify complex cryptographic concepts, consensus algorithms, and incentive mechanisms in clear, executive-level language.
- Systems thinking and technical pragmatism to evaluate the feasibility, scalability (Layer 2), operational cost (gas/transactions), and return on investment (ROI) of blockchain projects.
- Technical ethics and professional integrity, prioritizing security and transparency in every design decision.
