About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of multiple brands across a variety of marketing channels. This is a broad marketing role for someone who enjoys working across content, websites, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and marketing operations.

Rather than focusing on a single specialty, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously. You'll work alongside internal team members and external freelancers while also completing marketing tasks yourself.

This role requires someone who takes ownership, works independently, and enjoys finding solutions without waiting for detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing activities across multiple brands and accounts simultaneously.




- Coordinate and execute campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and update websites, including landing pages, blog posts, forms, and basic front-end content updates.
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Coordinate podcast, YouTube, and short-form video content with editors and designers.
- Manage email newsletters, automations, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor SEO performance, website analytics, and campaign results, making recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate marketing projects with designers, developers, freelancers, and internal team members.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.
- Support additional marketing and administrative projects as business needs evolve.
