?Your Mission:
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive the growth of our business by identifying and developing new opportunities in international markets while strengthening relationships with existing strategic customers. Through a consultative and technical sales approach, you will expand our market presence, increase customer value, and contribute to the sustainable growth of Litoplas.
What We're Looking For
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, consultative B2B sales, or business development within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Language:




- Advanced English (C1) required.

Key Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and developing strategic key accounts in industrial B2B environments.
- Demonstrated ability to open new business opportunities in international markets.
- Strong track record in developing existing accounts while acquiring and retaining new business.
- Expertise in consultative sales, commercial negotiations, and relationship management.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM platforms, and commercial KPIs.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

What We Offer
- Direct, permanent employment contract.
- Total compensation package between COP $10,000,000 and $14,000,000, including base salary and performance-based incentives.
