We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst / ServiceNow Senior Systems Administrator to join our Medellín office. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, system integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise IT service management (ITSM).

The adecuado candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency and business process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules as applicable).
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, forms, reports, dashboards, and custom applications.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and availability.





Systems Analysis & Business Support
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Document functional and technical specifications.
- Provide impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.

Integration & Automation
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
- Automate manual processes using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and data integrity.

Governance & Compliance
- Maintain platform governance standards and best practices.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper change management processes are followed.

Support & Leadership
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Mentor junior administrators and analysts.
