Iron Mountain is seeking a Agente Order Entry to join our Customer Operations team.
In this role,
you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional service experience by acting as the primary liaison for critical customer requests and cases through Salesforce CRM. Working collaboratively with cross-functional operational teams, your dedication to resolving incidents and training users will ensure our clients rely on us with complete confidence. What You’ll Do:
- Gestionar y resolver casos: Responder a solicitudes e incidencias de clientes internos y externos en tiempo y forma a través de Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Asegurar la trazabilidad y prioridad: Priorizar reclamos actuando con sentido de urgencia para garantizar un seguimiento de principio a fin.
- Capacitar a los usuarios: Orientar y entrenar a los clientes de forma remota en el uso de los servicios para optimizar sus procesos de negocio.
