Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Engaging with key customer decision-makers to validate and qualify opportunities for profitable sales.
- Identifying innovative solutions that surpass customer and consumer expectations, outperforming the competition.
- Managing and executing complex and demanding projects by leading and energizing cross-functional teams.
- Negotiating contracts with customers.
- Building and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the consumer fragrance industry,



with a primary focus on the air market and products, to target and create sales and growth opportunities while managing customer expectations.
- Developing and delivering compelling presentations that offer valuable insights.
- Managing and cultivating relationships with your peers, making yourself accessible, providing support for problem-solving, and stepping in when critical issues need resolution.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biology, Business Administration, or any other Economic Degree.
- ´+5 years of successful sales experience, including contributions to sales strategy development, prioritization, and execution, preferably with experience in the specialty chemical and/or fragrance industry.
- Previous experience working with multinational customers is preferred.
- Understanding of operations and logistics dynamics is crucial.
