Ideal Professional Profile

We are seeking an executive-level consultant and trainer with a proven and unquestionable track record as a QA Architect, Test Automation Lead, or Principal Quality Engineer in global, high-performance, or enterprise-scale environments. The candidate must possess strong expertise in designing advanced testing strategies, scalable automation architectures, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to the quality assurance lifecycle.

It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for teaching to convey cutting-edge methodologies, guide critical technical decisions, and transform QA professionals into strategic quality architects focused on technological innovation

Required Experience

- Senior Technical Background: More than 10 to 12 years of professional experience in the information technology sector, with at least 6 years leading teams, test architectures, and advanced automation projects as a QA Architect, Automation Lead, or Principal QA Engineer.
- Proficiency in Core Frameworks and Tools: Proven expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs using modern tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, k6/JMeter) in languages such as Python, Type Script, Java, or C#.
- AI-Driven Testing: A demonstrable track record in implementing Artificial Intelligence techniques to optimize testing (e.g., automatic test case generation using generative AI/LLMs, synthetic testing, self-healing tests, computer vision-driven visual testing such as Applitools, and regression suite optimization).
- Strategy, CI/CD,



and Test Ops: Experience with the continuous integration of automated test suites into Dev Ops/CI-CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git Lab), quality observability, test data management (TDM), and enterprise-wide Test Ops culture.
- Executive Facilitation and Mentoring: Previous experience leading seminars, boot camps, workshops, or corporate mentoring sessions for QA engineers, test leaders, or senior developers seeking to transition into roles in intelligent test architecture and engineering.

Desirable Experience (Bonus Points)

- Master’s degree or specializations in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Software Quality, or related fields.
- Current international certifications related to QA and Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level, Certified AI in Software Testing, or official automation/cloud certifications in Azure/AWS).
- Active experience as a speaker, technical evangelist, or keynote speaker in integral QA, Dev Ops, and Artificial Intelligence communities.
- Technical publications, blogs on QA architecture, or direct contributions to open-source projects involving automation or AI-powered testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Design:



Structure the content of the Intelligent Software Test Automation program with a managerial and practical approach (Hands-on Architecture), combining the fundamentals of QA architecture with real-world AI-driven use cases.
- High-Level Instruction: Lead training sessions on topics such as scalable framework design, API testing, resilience and performance testing, as well as the practical application of Generative AI and LLMs for quality engineering.
- Technical Leadership Mentoring: Guide participants in their transition from a manual execution/scripting role toward abstraction, strategy, test modeling, and leadership in intelligent automation.
- Project Evaluation: Assess and audit the automation architectures, test suites, and strategies proposed by participants, providing enterprise-level feedback.

- Proficiency in the latest industry trends at the intersection of Dev Ops, AI-driven testing, and cloud-native software quality.
- Excellent teaching and public speaking skills to simplify complex concepts, test design patterns (e.g., Page Object Model, Screenplay), and AI algorithms in clear, executive-level language.
- Systemic thinking and technical pragmatism to balance test coverage, pipeline speed (time-to-market), and the return on investment (ROI) of automation.
- Guiding leadership, a passion for software quality, and impeccable professional ethics.

Contract Terms

Employment Type: Contractor (Independent Consultant). Hiring Type: Per teaching hour / module taught. Compensation: Paid in U.S. Dollars (USD). Work Location: 100% Remote (Latin America / Global). Duration: Per program session or recurring engagement based on institutional demand.
