Operations Specialist Jr
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented logistics professional beginning their career in freight operations, supporting load coordination, documentation, and communication under senior guidance.

• Build and create loads accurately in the Transportation Management System (TMS) based on customer and operational requirements.

• Ensure all load information is complete and accurate, including pickup and delivery details, equipment type, rates, and customer instructions.

• Maintain and update load records in the TMS, ensuring data accuracy throughout the shipment lifecycle.

• Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information,



or operational issues to senior team members when necessary.

• Support the operations team with load setup, documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations support.

• Education: Technical diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree (in progress or recently graduated).

• Experience building and managing loads in a Transportation Management System (TMS) is required.

• Performs tasks under direct supervision with a strong willingness to learn and develop foundational logistics and operational skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to grow professionally.
