We're looking for a Support Engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working directly with clients, and continuously expanding their knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role,



you'll provide technical support to a variety of business clients while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and business applications.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with senior engineers when additional expertise is needed.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
- Support network infrastructure, including firewalls, wireless networks, switches, VPNs, and VoIP solutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures to improve internal knowledge sharing.
