Customer Service Representative | Bogotá (WAHA)

What you'll be doing:
- Provide multichannel customer support for Microsoft Windows and Office products.
- Assist customers with technical questions, product guidance, and general inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend Microsoft products or services when appropriate (sales component).
- Deliver professional, accurate, and customer-focused support.
- Research and resolve customer issues using Microsoft and Teleperformance tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has a B2 English level (CEFR).
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Has affinity for technology and a commercial mindset.




- Preferably has previous experience or studies related to Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Programming, Software Development, or related fields.
- Has previous knowledge or experience supporting Windows and Microsoft Office products.

Conditions:
- Training salary: COP $1.852.000 / month
- Production salary: COP $2.315.000 / month
- Contract type: Indefinite term

- Workload: 42 hours per week | Full time

Training (TRN):
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 16:30

Operations (OPS):
- Shift window: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00
- Full-time schedule (42 hours per week).
