About the job:

Main responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners within your assigned territory.
-Execute commercial plans and in-store initiatives to maximize product availability, visibility, and sales performance.
-Identify growth opportunities and support the achievement of sales and distribution objectives.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable business insights.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities and deliver the best outcomes for customers and consumers.




-Support the successful launch and execution of new products, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
-Lead, coach, and develop field teams (for supervisory roles) to ensure strong performance and engagement.

About you:
-Customer-first mindset, building strong relationships and delivering value to customers and consumers.
-Experience in field sales, merchandising, retail execution, or territory management, ideally within FMCG and/or FMCH industries.
-Results-oriented and accountable, with a strong focus on execution excellence and achieving business objectives.
