Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to healthcare professionals on the proper use of Medtronic therapies and technologies
- Deliver specialized clinical support during surgical procedures and in critical care environments, ensuring the appropriate use of medical devices and contributing to improved patient outcomes
- Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals, serving as a clinical and technical resource
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies across one or more business units
- Participate in congresses, conventions, forums, and clinical events to increase awareness and adoption of Medtronic solutions
- Work closely with Clinical Leadership, Clinical Management, and Sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers and end users
- Identify business growth opportunities within hospitals, particularly in critical care and surgical settings
- Support the adoption of new therapies and technologies through clinical training and ongoing technical support
