We're hiring Business Development Representatives to support multiple US-based clients across the Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, and Recruitment industries. If you're an experienced outbound sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and speaking with decision-makers, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers

Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting

Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales teams
-
Engage business owners and executives through professional conversations
-
Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in CRM platforms

Research prospects and identify new business opportunities

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
What We're Looking For

1–3+ years of experience in Business Development,
Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Account Executive, or a similar outbound sales role

Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent

Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers over the phone
-
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting

Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations

Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activities
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have

Experience selling B2B software, real estate services, recruitment solutions, or digital marketing services

Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools

Experience working with US-based clients
