About the Role
At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a HubSpot Expert to lead HubSpot implementations, optimization, and system improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge of HubSpot who can manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including CRM configuration, workflow automation, data migration, reporting, integrations, and client enablement. The idóneo candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, and ensuring successful platform adoption.

Responsibilities
HubSpot Implementation & System Configuration
- Configure and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub solutions based on client requirements.
- Build and manage workflows, automations, pipelines, properties, and CRM architecture.
- Execute data migrations, including data mapping, imports, validation, and cleanup.
- Create dashboards, reports,



and campaign structures to improve visibility and decision-making.

Implementation Lifecycle Management
- Manage HubSpot projects from onboarding and discovery through configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Ensure all implementations are aligned with client goals and follow best practices.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, scalability, and platform performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, processes, and project updates.

Client Enablement & Collaboration
- Conduct client training sessions and provide guidance on HubSpot best practices.
- Translate business needs into effective technical HubSpot solutions.
- Lead client discussions and collaborate with internal teams, including Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Developers.
- Support clients in maximizing HubSpot adoption and platform usage.
