We are looking for a The Coupa Regional Support Specialist who will be responsible for support and leadership around the use of Coupa within business processes. The Regional Support Specialist will facilitate and provide support when required to support the development of business cases, conduct research for new releases and features, new products or modules, configuration of the local Coupa instance, test and integrate innovations into our standard procurement systems. The scope of work the incumbent will manage will range from the current Coupa modules* process integrated to SAP, Mincom Ellipse, and other ERPs, along with other parallel enabling systems such as Boomi and Power BI. The Incumbent will also work closely with colleagues focused on requirements such as internal and external audits, monitoring, reporting and the continuous evaluation of our current systems and processes.
The Incumbent will play an integral role in the organization as a technical expert and subject matter expert for our Coupa S2P environment, procurement standards, providing technical support to the various sites and businesses within their region as needed.
This is a challenging and exciting position that requires a distinctive skill set. The successful candidate has a functional and/or technical background in S2P functionality or other relevant ERP systems, with on the ground experience, and is familiar with the operational models at our numerous sites. The Regional Support Specialist will have strong project management and communications skills and be able to take complex technical issues and convey these clearly and in multiple formats to various audiences. The individual is also an accomplished facilitator with experience moving diverse stakeholders toward collective learning, clear actions to standards and also has experience delivering training and producing training materials and guides
