Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Aligned with North American Eastern Time)

They’re now looking for a Client Success/ Onboarding Specialist to join their growing team in a remote setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Customer Success function, supporting post-sale onboarding, system integration, and financial data reconciliation. Your key tasks will include:

- Lead multi-unit restaurant and franchise accounts through post-sale onboarding, channel integration, and official platform launch.

- Configure software against client channels, POS systems, delivery platforms, and bank feeds.





- Audit and reconcile financial and operational data to ensure complete figures accuracy prior to account go-live.

- Lead engaging onboarding sessions for restaurant operators, executives, and CFOs.

- Triage setup blockers and initial technical issues directly with product and engineering teams.

- Leverage AI tools daily to streamline onboarding workflows, troubleshoot configurations, and maintain documentation.

- Monitor account health, track contract terms, and land account renewals and upsells

What You’ll Bring

- 1–4 years of professional experience in SaaS, software implementation, or technical onboarding/consulting roles.

- Top-tier verbal and written English communication skills (near-native level, C1) tailored for a North American commercial audience.

- Strong quantitative capabilities with practical experience in spreadsheet models, data mapping, and financial/operational reconciliation.

- Native-level AI fluency, with extensive experience using AI tools (such as Claude) in day-to-day workflows.

- Exceptional resilience, adaptability, and comfort thriving in an ambiguous, high-growth startup environment.

- A proactive, empathetic, and customer-driven approach with complete personal accountability

Bonus Points For

- Background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, BCG) or high-growth tech.

- Familiarity with restaurant/retail tech, POS integrations, SQL, or Salesforce.
