Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the United States. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent for the transportation and logistics industry, including Account Managers, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Drivers, Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Personnel, and other operational and corporate roles.

The idóneo candidate has experience recruiting for the U.S. market, is highly skilled at headhunting passive candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms,



and is confident building relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Strong English communication skills and a polished, professional presence are essential, as this role will represent our company when interacting with top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Headhunting

• Source, identify, and engage both active and passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.

• Conduct targeted headhunting and direct outreach to attract top talent currently employed by other organizations.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple logistics and transportation roles.

• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based positions including Account Managers, BDRs, Drivers, Dispatchers, Cust
