About the Role
As an Operations & Implementation Specialist, you'll work directly with our Operations leadership to launch new services, optimize internal processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
We're looking for someone who can operate independently,
bring structure to ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from idea to execution. You'll help create scalable processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, support customer onboarding and service activation, and continuously improve how we deliver value to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and new service activation to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation projects from planning through execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.
