As we expand across North America, we’re looking for motivated team members to help drive membership growth and build strong communities around new studio locations.

We’re currently seeking a Customer Support to engage high-intent leads through calls, SMS, emails, and live chat, ensuring a smooth journey from first interest to conversion. Position Summary

As a Customer Support, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the pre-launch and ongoing success of our studios. Your primary mission is to nurture warm and hot leads by building trust, answering questions,



and guiding them through the sales funnel — always maintaining brand alignment and exceptional service standards.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers/members, providing them with relevant information and guiding them through their request.
- Execute processes needed to complete the caller’s request, if possible, while on the call.
- Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds of ringing, per Service Level Metric (SLA).
- Proactively return missed calls within the same day.
- Listen to voicemails left by leads or customers, and callback to offer assistance.
- Engage with leads through various communication channels (calls, SMS, email) to build relationships, address concerns, and move prospects closer to conversion.
- Respond promptly to SMS & emails from leads/members, providing timely and accurate information to address inquiries or concerns.
