Job Description

In Bogotá - Colombia we are looking for a Lead Production Artist who is print-led, digital-savvy production leader responsible for leading complex
campaigns and overseeing high-quality production across print and digital channels. This role manages the
creation of final mechanicals and production-ready assets for Direct Mail, Print Ads, Point of Sale (POS),
Out of Home (OOH), large-format,



and Static Digital deliverables while leading a team of Production
Artists.
The adecuado candidate combines deep production expertise with strong people leadership, using professional
concepts and company objectives to resolve complex production challenges in creative and effective ways.
This role partners closely with the Studio Director (US-based), cross-functional stakeholders, and external
partners to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The Lead Production Artist
manages three or more direct reports and is responsible for mentoring, performance management, hiring,
and employee development
