You are an early-career operations professional who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping complex processes moving without dropping the ball.



You thrive in structured environments where accuracy matters and where every entry in a system reflects a real investor's stake in a company. You are comfortable learning new platforms quickly, following established workflows, and asking the right questions when something falls outside the norm. You want to grow inside a fintech that moves fast and plays a meaningful role in how companies raise capital.

What You Will Do
- Process: Execute share issuances across Reg CF, Reg A+, and Reg D offerings using established templates, and maintain accurate shareholder registries through each transfer.
- Reconcile: Support cap table reconciliation by comparing issuance data against customer records and surfacing discrepancies before they become problems.
- Manage: Handle routine investor and issuer email correspondence, including status updates and standard inquiries, with accuracy and a professional tone.
- Support: Assist with client and investor onboarding by collecting required documentation, setting up accounts, and enter
