Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery Ownership
Lead delivery of complex projects/programmes aligned to scope, time, cost and quality
Ensure adherence to governance, methodologies and best practices
Planning & Execution
Define detailed plans including scope, resources, timelines and interdependencies
Manage execution across multiple workstreams
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as central point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Manage expectations, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights
Risk & Issue Management
Identify, assess and mitigate risks proactively
Manage escalations and implement corrective actions
Financial & Performance Management
Manage budgets, track performance and monitor KPIs
