About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team.



This role owns the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, and leave administration — ensuring every employee has an accurate, timely, and well-communicated experience from their first day through their last. You'll work closely with People Operations, IT, and Finance partners, and you'll be a first point of contact for employees navigating all HR processes.

Compensation:

For this People Operations Specialist the compensation range is $1,500 - $1,750 USD GROSS per month as a contractor.

What You'll Do

New Hire Processing: Process new hires through the applicant tracking system into the HRIS onboarding module, complete and launch onboarding forms to trigger new-hire communications, and troubleshoot integration issues to make sure every new hire receives their onboarding email.
