If you love shortform content, have a sharp creative eye, and can turn ideas into scrollstopping videos that grow fast this is for you.

Youll handle everything from editing and designing to publishing, analyzing, and improving content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Youll work closely with Ryan and our Media team to bring strategy and storytelling together.

Were looking for someone whos equal parts creative and analytical someone who can spot trends early, optimize what works, and build repeatable systems that scale.

What Youll Do
Create standout content daily produce 23 shortform videos or graphics per day
Edit and design craft sharp, onbrand visuals and clips made for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
Stay ahead of trends watch whats working across platforms and apply it fast
Track and improve review performance weekly, share insights, and refine our strategy
Plan and execute manage platform calendars, ensure timely posts, and coordinate collabs
Use your brain and systems test new tools AI, automation, analytics to work smarter
Collaborate and communicate join team calls, brainstorms, and async reviews
Keep everything organized document workflows, name files cleanly, and keep content systems tight

Who You Are
You know shortform inside and out what works, what doesnt, and why
Youve grown social accounts before and can show the results
Youve got a strong design sense and great attention to detail
Youre fast and strategic able to manage multiple projects without losing quality
You communicate clearly and love collaboration

You have 1 years of content creation experience focused on performance and storytelling
You have Highspeed internet 100mbps or faster
You have a high performance computer capable of handling extensive video editing software, second monitor, headset, mouse, and keyboard
Bonus Youre fluent with AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, or Flow
