About of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detaildriven Recruiter to support fullcycle hiring across multiple industries. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders and delivering a highquality hiring experience.
Responsibilities
Manage fullcycle recruitment processes
Source and attract candidates across different channels
Conduct initial screenings in English
Coordinate interviews and followups with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain pipelines and update ATS systems
Requirements
13 years of recruiting experience
Advanced English level C1 required
Experience recruiting for roles in Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Customer Support, or similar verticals
Handson experience with ATS platforms
