About the Role
We are seeking a driven and resultsoriented Remote Sales Closer to join a fastgrowing B2B automation agency serving home service businesses across the United States.
In this role, you will work with prequalified leads, conduct discovery and closing calls, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and consistently close new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a highvolume environment and enjoys earning based on performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified B2B prospects.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
Close deals and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and operations teams to maximize conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide feedback on market trends, objections,
and lead quality.
Requirements
2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven experience closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Experience managing inbound or highvolume sales pipelines.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Advanced English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, outsourcing, AI solutions, or business services.
Experience working with U.S.based clients.
Highticket sales experience.
Experience in remote sales teams.
