The Role:
We’re seeking a Retirement Plan Document Specialist. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with retirement plan documentation, regulatory compliance, and client support.
You’ll play a key role in preparing, updating, and managing retirement plan documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience throughout the documentation process.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone:



Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma required; additional education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in financial services, retirement plans, document processing, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); experience with PandaDoc, Salesforce, FT William, and/or SharePoint is a plus; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Characteristics: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage high-volume workloads, self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
