Job Purpose

As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other folks locally and across our integral business organization, on a diverse range of legal matters. An ideal candidate would be a natural problem solver and troubleshooter, able to adapt and evolve with the team and company, with a willingness to lead, manage,



and resolve cross-functional legal and operational matters. This role is a key member of the legal team and will be a critical player in driving Astound’s business model, commercial contracting, compliance, data privacy protection, HR/employment, and executing on Astound’s mergers and acquisitions growth strategy.
