Purpose

Contributes to the successful delivery of technology projects in Uruguay by coordinating and executing all required technical activities to support Technology related initiatives, with particular emphasis on AMEX acquiring project management. Ensures that individual objectives, project plans, and initiatives are delivered in alignment with team strategies and business goals. Guarantees compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established procedures, while overseeing the effective execution of all assigned activities.

Accountabilities

1.Technology Project Delivery & Execution
• Coordinate and execute end to end technical activities required to support technology initiatives in Uruguay,



ensuring timely and high quality delivery of assigned projects.
• Actively contribute to the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects, with a primary focus on AMEX acquiring project management.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined, tracked, and met in accordance with approved project plans.
2. Technical Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and regional/general partners involved in AMEX acquiring and related initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication, issue resolution, and alignment across cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technical activities.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and managing them appropriately to minimize impact on project delivery.
