Your Role

As a Senior Manual QA, you will lead and implement testing strategies to ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and reliability.



You will be actively involved throughout the product lifecycle from requirements analysis to detailed documentation and promoting quality best practices acting as a bridge between Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze requirements and user stories to ensure they are testable, complete, and aligned with business needs.
- Prepare test plans, test data, and test environments, coordinating with development and operations when needed.
- Execute tests, report defects with clear reproduction steps, impact, severity, and evidence, and follow up through resolution.
- Analyze logs and use debugging tools to help identify the root cause of issues (frontend, backend, data, environment).
- Maintain all QA documentation: test cases, execution results, defect reports, regression packs, KPIs, and release notes.
