POSITION PURPOSE

Provide key administrative support to the People department, ensuring the efficient management of HR processes, data handling, and analysis. This role will also act as a Junior Business Partner for the distributors business unit, supporting talent initiatives and aligning HR practices with business needs. The position plays a crucial role in strengthening a collaborative organizational culture that values teamwork, trust, and relationship-building.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Administrative Support for the People Department (50%)

1.1. Manage and update People databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
1.2.



Support administrative processes such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and managing vacation and leave records.
1.3. Administer HR management systems (HRIS) and generate regular reports for the team and leadership.
1.4. Coordinate training processes and internal events that foster collaboration and engagement.
1.5. Ensure proper management of employment documentation and compliance with internal HR processes.

2. Junior Business Partner for the Distributors Unit (30%)

2.1. Act as a liaison between the People department and the distributors business unit, supporting the implementation of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
2.2. Provide guidance to business unit leaders on basic talent management, development, and well-being topics.
2.3. Identify HR needs specific to the distributors unit and collaborate on action plans.
