The firm now advises Canadian lenders and industry professionals on expanding into the U.S., including market entry, licensing, regulatory strategy, and business structuring. It operates as a fast-paced, entrepreneurial practice combining legal services with business development, education, and industry engagement.

On behalf of Jasmine Daya & Co, we are seeking a dependable and highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper with previous accounting experience in a Canadian or U.S. law firm.

The successful candidate must have practical experience with law firm trust accounting, including the recording, reconciliation, and reporting of client trust transactions. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and experience administering Canadian payroll are also required.

Knowledge of Soluno or PCLaw is desirable but is not required.

This position requires exceptional accuracy, discretion,



and an understanding of the heightened financial-recordkeeping obligations applicable to law firms.

Maintain accurate records for general and trust accounts, including client trust deposits, transfers, disbursements, and withdrawals.
- Manage individual client trust ledgers and ensure correct allocation by client and matter.
- Perform monthly and three-way trust reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies.
