Lead Fullstack Engineer

Set the technical bar for the whole build.

About the Role

We build production web applications for clients, end to end, from the data model to the pixels. As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you set the technical direction for the build: you make the architecture calls,



establish the patterns the rest of the team follows, and stay hands-on in the codebase. You are the person who can move across the entire stack and raise the quality bar wherever you land.

You'll lead within a Monks delivery team, working closely with clients and product to shape scope and trade-offs, own the hard technical decisions, and help the engineers around you do their best work.

We're all-in on agentic engineering. Tools like Claude Code and Codex are part of our everyday workflow, and we're looking for people who are genuinely fluent working alongside AI coding agents and excited to push those practices further.
