The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and delivering a consistent, scalable, and high-quality recruitment service across the business globally. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of recruitment within the organisation by driving the standardisation of recruitment processes, implementing global best practices, and supporting the evolution of our recruitment operating model during a period of business transformation.
Based in Bogotá and working closely with leaders and HR teams across multiple regions, the role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with process improvement, stakeholder management and recruitment technology implementation.
The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities whilst supporting the implementation of interim recruitment solutions during the post-carve-out transition period.
The role will work collaboratively with regional HR teams to evaluate and adopt a global recruitment solution, support the design and implementation of the recruitment module within HiBob, and ensure recruitment processes are aligned globally whilst remaining responsive to local market requirements. Supported by the HR Operations team, this role offers the opportunity to influence the future of talent acquisition within a growing international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Global Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for vacancies across multiple regions including UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Egypt, Bogota, and rest of the world.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
