For this opportunity, we are partnering with an AI-powered technology company serving the oil and gas industry, whose QA team acts as the final validation layer before documents are delivered to customers.
About the Role
You will validate AI-generated document outputs across two core workstreams: SOP formatting and regulatory compliance. Working side by side with original source documents, you will confirm that instructions, warnings, references, and regulatory requirements are complete, accurate, and ready for customer use.
This role is well suited to a recent engineering graduate,



an early-career professional with one to two years of experience, or a strong document reviewer who enjoys detailed, structured, and repetitive quality-control work. Direct oil and gas experience is preferred but is no longer required. Candidates from other engineering, technical documentation, quality assurance, compliance, or regulated-industry backgrounds will be considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude, writing skills, and attention to detail.
As the first offshore QA specialist engaged through HireHawk for this team, you will have meaningful ownership and direct access to the product and engineering teams. The work requires patience and consistency, as you will regularly move between line-by-line document comparison and regulation-based review, with little room for missed details.
