About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, bilingual, and customer-focused professional to join our growing U.S. real estate team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities across Real Estate Compliance & Transaction Coordination, Relocation Services, Agent Onboarding, Lead Management, Inside Sales, and Customer Support.

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, real estate agents, and internal teams by managing transactions, supporting onboarding, nurturing leads, ensuring compliance, and providing world-class customer service throughout the customer journey. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Support
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.




- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.

Lead Management & Inside Sales
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up campaigns.
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, motivation, timeline, and readiness.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate warm handoffs to licensed real estate agents.
- Maintain consistent communication to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM.

Agent Onboarding
- Guide newly recruited real estate agents through the complete onboarding process.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and provide training on company systems and technology.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Partner with Recruiting, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Transaction Coordination & Compliance
